About Me

I am a licensed chiropractor with a passion to help people have a pain-free, healthy and energetic body that allows them to enjoy their life. Having been a gymnast and athlete in several sports since I was very young, injury and pain is something I know a lot about. Prior to attending chiropractic school, I spent four years training as a physical therapy aid where I learned both land and water-based exercises. I have since added other specialized knowledge, training and certifications that help me support my patients not only with pain and movement, but also proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. By combining relevant personalized care and education with small adjustments to daily movements and habits, I'm able to create a pain-free, more resilient human. When I've done that, I know I've done my job.

What I like about PCWC

Something Fun

After injuries and surgeries sidelined me from many of the sports I enjoyed, I became a professional body builder for 3 years. However, rather than using harmful drugs and hormones to build muscle, I did it through proper nutrition and supplementation.
